Daily Haven is designed to be a quiet bridge between your independence and the people who care about you. This policy explains how we handle your data to keep your safety net active while respecting your privacy.
We only collect the minimum data necessary to provide our safety services:
Account Information: We collect your email address via Google Firebase Authentication to manage your account and secure your data.
Safety & Check-in Data: We store your check-in timestamps, chosen safety intervals, and emergency contact information in Google Cloud Firestore to ensure your safety net functions correctly.
Purchase History: If you subscribe to Premium, transaction details are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not see or store your credit card information on our servers.
Your data is used exclusively to:
Monitor your safety status and automatically alert your designated contacts if a check-in rhythm is broken.
Provide access to Premium features via your subscription.
Send critical safety notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
We use the following trusted providers to power Daily Haven:
Google Firebase: For secure user authentication and real-time database hosting.
Google Play Services: For processing subscriptions and app updates.
You own your data and have the right to delete it at any time.
In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated safety data directly within the App Settings.
Manual Request: To request full data erasure, please email us at support@mydailyhaven.com. We will process your request within 48 hours.
Our services are directed to individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
